Whoo Hoo Cow

Whoo Hoo Cow was the lead cheer cow for the birthday party. So to announce the Birthday she was created for the series of posters to be put on a friend’s front lawn the day of her birthday.

Whoo Hoo Cow is 2ft wide by 3 ft high. She would be printed on plastic foam core board with laminating to protect him from the elements while on display on the lawn.
